Futures In Sports Management

From first lights to the international stage, FIS Management brings together performance, partnerships, media and career strategy in one connected team.

FIS Management team
The people behind the programme
Leadership, partnerships, talent, marketing, finance and legal. Race team personnel are employed by each driver's race team, not by FIS. Prototype profiles created for this demonstration.

Roger Wolfe
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Roger founded Futures In Sports Management after two decades building commercial and rights businesses in international sport. He works directly with each driver and family on the long-term plan — series progression, funding structure, partner strategy and the standards expected on and off track.

Marcus Adeyemi
Head of Partnerships
Marcus builds and services the commercial roster — from first introduction to renewal. He shapes partnership propositions around measurable value, negotiates terms and owns the quarterly reporting that keeps every brand confident in its investment.

Clara Lindqvist
Head of Talent
Clara identifies and evaluates emerging drivers, then designs the development pathway that follows. A former national karting competitor, she runs FIS scouting, testing assessments and the driver-readiness framework used across every series step.

Anika Rao
Head of Marketing & PR
Anika leads brand, campaign and press strategy for FIS and its drivers. She oversees content planning, media relationships and the storytelling that turns a season's results into sustained public and commercial momentum.

David Chen
Chief Financial Officer
David oversees budgeting, forecasting and investor reporting across every FIS programme. He models the cost of each series step, manages partner and member funds, and makes sure families always see exactly where a season's money goes.

Nadia Fournier
In-House Legal Counsel
Nadia handles management agreements, sponsorship contracts, image rights, investment documentation and regulatory compliance. She protects young drivers and their families through clear terms and careful review of every agreement FIS signs.
The Team Principal, Race Engineer, Lead Mechanic and pit crew, Performance & Fitness Manager and Head of PR & Media are part of Noah Wolfe Racing and are not FIS Management staff. They are listed inside Explore Noah Wolfe.
